Lottie is a CIMSPA accredited Pilates instructor based in Islington, teaching classes across central and north London. She fell back in love with Pilates after a knee injury from running — and quickly realised how powerful mindful movement can be.
With a background in salsa dancing and strength training, she brings a dynamic yet controlled approach to her teaching. Lottie is passionate about helping people build a strong connection with their bodies, move with intention, and develop strength and control that support everyday movement and active lifestyles.
Beyond general classes, Lottie specialises in pre and post natal Pilates — helping mums prepare their bodies for birth and supporting recovery.

Lottie gives us so much personal attention, which gives me confidence that I am preparing my body as best I can to cope with pregnancy, birth and beyond. Lottie clearly knows her stuff and is very well qualified to teach for the pregnancy and post-partum periods. As a relative newcomer to Pilates, I couldn't have found a more welcoming instructor.
